ARA is able to obtain finance for our clients through the leading Australian banks.  By contacting us for your finance needs, we are able to refer your situation to our contacts prior to application stage to determine your eligibility and follow with assisting you in the application process to make life easier as we understand the process can sometimes be quite daunting. 

We have business relationships with some banks where we are able to obtain higher than the average 80% LVR without paying mortgage insurance along with very competitive interest rates for our clients, whilst continuing to provide a point of contact throughout the life of your loan.  We will find the loan package that most suits you.

From time to time we will receive a referral fee from a bank in lieu of charging you a fee for our time spent on your case. If this is our method of payment the commission amount will be disclosed upfront before any work is started.
