Officer Coordinator

Alfhem is as our Client Services Officer/Office Coordinator. She is in charge of Corporate Secretarial and administrative tasks including Company/Trust/SMSF establishment, Business Name Registration, ASIC Annual Review and Audit Insurance.

Vanessa Bautista

Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant

-  Bachelor of Science with a Major in Accountancy

Vanessa has been working as a bookkeeper and accounting assistant for ARA. Her main responsibilities are the maintenance of general ledgers and financial statement presentation, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, HR functions, daily bank reconciliation and daily cash flow monitoring.

Vanessa started working at ARA in October 2022, before she joined us, she had been working in the accounting field for more than two decades.
